Lightweight and compact, the Miele Compact C1 HomeCare is a cost-effective canister vacuum for those who don't want to break the bank. This German-engineered product comes complete with a 1200 Miele Vortex motor fit for vacuuming low-pile carpet and smooth floor surfaces. Ideal for studio apartments, condos, and office environments, its suction levels can be calibrated using the traditional rotary dial on the face of the canister. The featured SBD285-3 floor tool can be docked to the rear of the canister during unexpected interruptions, and the integrated carry handle helps you transport this lightweight canister from room to room. 
The ergonomic handle was designed with safety in mind with a metal insert preventing static discharges. ABS plastic casing protects internal components from damage. A Miele of this quality can last upwards of twenty years. When not in use, coil the power cable inside the canister using the automatic cord rewind function and store in a dry place.
